Telvora Mobile is the online mobile retail brand operated by Prime Connect General Trading LLC. Its registered address is Warehouse 8, Warehouses Land, Industrial Area 18, Maleha Road, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The business operates online only; this address is not a retail showroom or customer collection point.

Brand names belong to their respective owners. Telvora Mobile is not represented as an official or authorised store or service centre for the brands sold.

Products and condition

Each listing identifies the device as new or used and states the known storage and condition information. Used devices may show normal cosmetic wear. The exact available unit, colour, regional model, included items and known condition details are confirmed before dispatch.

Price and availability

Prices are shown in AED. Availability is shown on the product page and remains subject to the item not being sold before the order is accepted. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and cancel the order without charge or issue a full refund if payment was already captured.

Orders

An order is accepted when Telvora Mobile confirms it for dispatch. Customers must provide accurate contact and UAE delivery information. We may contact the customer to verify material delivery details. The currently active checkout method is Cash on Delivery.
